Kesl is a web browser with a built-in assistant. You can ask it about the page you're on, have it find things across the web, or let it fill forms and tap through a task while you watch.

Getting started

  1. Open Kesl and browse the way you would in any browser. No account is needed, for browsing or for the assistant.
  2. To talk to the assistant, tap the message field at the bottom and send anything.
  3. The first time, Kesl shows what it sends to the AI and where. Tap Send to agree, and your message goes.

Browsing is always free. The assistant starts with a free trial; How plans work covers the trial, Plus and extra-use packs.

What the assistant can do

The assistant never types passwords or card details. When a page needs those, or a sign-in, a code, or a captcha, it hands the page back to you.

When the assistant hands over

When the assistant needs you, it stops and says what to do. Do that part on the page, then tap the Play button where the send button was. The assistant picks up where it left off. You can also type a reply instead.

You can stop the assistant at any time with the stop button while it's working.

Troubleshooting

The assistant seems stuck. If nothing happens for a minute and a half, Kesl stops the turn and tells you where it got stuck. Tap your message and choose Retry, or tell it another way to go about the task.

"Lost the connection." The assistant needs a steady connection while it works. Check your signal, then tap your message and choose Retry.

It can't tap something. A popup or banner may be covering it. Ask the assistant to hide it, naming a few words from it, or close it yourself and tap Play.

A site looks wrong or tiny. Open … and choose Request Mobile Website or Request Desktop Website. Kesl remembers your choice for that site.

"Your free trial is used up." The assistant stopped before starting the task, so nothing was done on the page. Tap See plans, or keep browsing. See How plans work.

Privacy

What you ask, and the page you're on, go to the AI only when you send a message. Everything else stays on your phone. See the privacy policy for the details.
